- 966A was built from 1960 through 1963, the key features including a turbocharged diesel engine, power shift transmission, “one finger” shifting controls and 2-3/4 cubic yard bucket capacity. This allowed the operator to mount and dismount the cabin more easily, kept moving parts away from the operator, and provided enhanced forward reach.
